Purchase Terms and Conditions
When shopping on the https://fromrussia.postcards.ee/ web store, the buyer confirms that he/she is aware of the following conditions and agrees with them.
Payment
Available payment methods depend on the buyer’s country, usually these are credit cards, PayPal and wire transfer.
Delivery
Delivery of any number of postcards to any country costs the same, price of International registered trackable letter is 6,00€.
Postcards will be sent by the Russian Post. Unfortunately, due to limited air communication between countries, delivery times for orders are difficult to predict.
Postcards OÜ guarantees only to dispatch to the postal address specified by the customer, but shall not be liable for the delivery success. The customer is responsible for the correct address. If the letter is returned for any reason, Postcards OÜ attempts to contact the customer by the provided e-mail and telephone number in order to clarify the postal address. Resending is free of charge.
Canceling the Order
The buyer has the right to cancel his order and get back the entire amount paid until the moment the order is packed. If the order is canceled after packaging, but before shipment, the buyer will be refunded the amount paid minus the actual costs incurred.
To do this, the customer shall:
- Send an email to help@postcards.ee,
- Specify the order number in the email
- Send it from the electronic address specified as a contact in the order.
Refund
The postcards sent to customer are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Processing of the Personal Data
Our https://fromrussia.postcards.ee/ website only uses the baseline minimum technical data (session cookies), required for normal website operation. The website does not collect personal data to identify the buyer or to find out their preferences.
The buyer who makes an order, should mention their full postal address, that will be only used by Postcards OÜ for sole purpose of the order delivery. The buyer should also leave their e-mail to be used to send the verification email message with order confirmation to and, if necessary, to confirm the parameters of the buyer’s order. In addition, the buyer can mention the phone number to be written on the envelope with their order and, if necessary, used for order confirmation.
Postcards OÜ neither uses the buyer’s data for marketing mailing, nor transfers it to third parties for similar usage.
Postcards OÜ does not collect, process or store any payment information of the buyer; all the respective operations are performed by the payment system operators.
